你知道吗？梅拉宾早在1971年就提出过：一个人对他人的印象，约有7%取决于谈话的内容，辅助表达的方法如手势、语气等则占了38%，肢体动作所占的比例则高达55%。所以在你走进会议室的那一刻起，面试就已经开始了。

Do you know that as early as 1971, Mehrabian proposed that about 7% of a person's impression of others depends on the content of the conversation, with auxiliary expression methods such as gestures and tone accounting for 38%, and body movements accounting for up to 55%. So, from the moment you walked into the conference room, the interview had already started.

越来越多的HR表示他们不仅会观察候选人的回答内容，还有他们的气场是否相符，甚至有时候会逃不出“晕环效应”的偏见。所幸，Ladies Who Tech女性科技大会邀请到了一位20多年经验的资深HR，带领我们了解并体会面试中第一印象的重要性。通过不同的案例，各小组将模拟面试中遇到的不同场景，并了解如何投其所好地打造一个面试官“偏爱”的个人形象。

More and more HR representatives say that they do not only observe the candidates' answers, but also whether they have the matching “chemistry”, sometimes even biased by the "Halo Effect". Fortunately, Ladies Who Tech Convention is honored to invite an experienced coach with over 20 years of HR experience to share the importance of first impressions in an interview. Through different cases, each group will simulate different scenarios encountered during interviews, and learn how to create a personal image that fits into the interviewers' preferences.
